The popular tower defense game series Bloons Tower Defense (BTD) was developed by Ninja Kiwi. In BTD, players must defend against waves of colorful balloons, or "bloons," using a variety of towers and weapons based on monkeys. Bloons Tower Defense blends strategic decision-making with enjoyable downtime. Towers are positioned thoughtfully throughout each level to burst bubbles before they reach the end of a convoluted path.

Objective

You need to install bomb towers, darts and other objects to stop the waves of bubbles from reaching the end of the track.

Tower Types

Basic attack tools with fast, low-damage throws are called dart monkeys.
Bomb monkeys: Deploy explosive projectiles that damage entire groups of balloons.
Ninja monkeys are stealthy towers that can throw shuriken and quickly pop camouflage balloons.
Super monkeys: Expensive, fast machines that, when upgraded, can cause terrible destruction to balloons.

Bloon Types

Red Bloons: The weakest; they only have one hit.
Lead Bloons: Need explosive damage and are impervious to darts.
Most towers cannot see Camo Bloons unless they have detection.
Massive, armored blimps with several smaller bloons inside are known as MOAB-Class Bloons.
